Description 1949 Vendo 23 in perfect working order, all original. I don't think you will find a better original example of this machine. I am currently using it on my porch and have been for about two years. If you look close at the photo of the inside, you can see the ice build up in the pre cool area. Coin mechanism works great, but I have set to "free" vend. II can leave it as free vend or remove the wire that holds the mechanism open. Machine is 6 cent. I give this machine 9.5 out of 10. I spent about 15 years looking for one in this condition and after a couple of years I am looking for my next "must have". I am not using the machine enough to justify keeping it. This item is local pick-up only but I am willing to deliver this to the nearest Mailboxes ETC or UPS Store and you can make arrangements with them for shipping. I have shipped machines this way in the past and it worked perfect. Make sure you make arrangements with me before you bid though.
