They joined the bandwaggon with Holt Howard to create Pixie condiments in the late 50's and 60's. Their pixie jars are an adorable line of fruit, veggie and human headed jars. Lefton's line has vertical striped bases topped off with a rounded full head. Lefton jars have a higher collar than Holt-Howard's jars, and they are more cylindrical in appearance rather than rounded. They all have 13 vertical stripes that do not necessarily match or correspond to any manner with the color of their heads. Lefton's standard jar bottoms measure 3.5 high and vary slightly in overall height according to the type of head closure they have. When compared to Holt-Howard, Lefton probably had the second largest selection of condiment jars to offer, and it created more jars than the other numerous knock-off companies.
