Description
There are 4 canisters and 3 lids in total. They are white, orange and black in color. The outer white looks oil stained. The orange had a black pattern on the corners that are floral. The "Salt" container is rectangular in shape and looks to hold an old salt box. There is a hole in the top of the container (supposed to be there). The exterior paint is somewhat worn but all in all in pretty good shape. It stands about 17.25 cm high and 12.5 cm wide (side to side) by 11 cm (front to back). The Victoria imprint is on the bottom. The number imprinted on the bottom is 3103 The "Sugar" container is the same painted pattern. It stands 15 cm high without the lid and is 10 cm square. The exterior paint is somewhat more worn than the salt container There is a small chip on the inside lip that is not visible with the lid on. This also has the Victoria imprint on the bottom. The number 3100 is imprinted on the bottom. The "Coffee" container is the same as the sugar. This too is somewhat worn and has 2 small chips on the inside lid which are not visible with the lids on. The "Barley" container is also the same as the coffee and sugar. This too is somewhat worn and has a crack down the back about half way and a little on the left side. The strength does not seem compromised. It is not noticeable from the front. No chips are noticed. Teh 3 lids are interchangeable and the same size. They are about 5 cm high with the handle on top. The paint is somewhat worn but in pretty good shape. They are white, white oil stained, orange, black and the top handle is black. One lid appears to have a small crack on the inside but it is not compromised or seen when on the container. It is a beautiful set. It is brought from a generational estate with many interesting old items. Tehy have been in storage for many many years.
