These pods are designed to mount on Vector lightbars and flash at a rate of 90fpm. These rotators can be placed on any position of the lightbar by changing out the black plastic pod base. If the bulb is still in the assembly, it worked when tested.  If it did not work, we removed the bulb.  We do not guarantee that the bulbs will be good after shipping! 2.
