Rack is included. Each spoon has details on the handle and raised scene on the bowl. Spoons are approximately 6 1/2 inches long. Spoons include: Nathan Hale, Samuel Adams, George Washington, Francis Marion, Benjamin Franklin, Patrick Henry, Caesar Rodney, Ethan Allen, Thomas Jefferson, John Paul Jones, Nathanael Greene, Israel Putnam, and Molly Pitcher. Rack has some scuffed areas but could be sanded and stained for touch-up. The spoons are in good condition. A few have minor bends in the handles.SHIPPING: Fee is $15.00 flat rate as this will be quite heavy. I will refund anything greater than $3.00 difference. Insurance is required, at buyer's expense.
