Franklin Mint Star Trek Insignia Collection includes Case – Case measures: 21'' x 16'' x 1.5'' From the Franklin Mint Official Star Trek insignia set. 12 Insignias in all and are made in sterling silver and have a gold accent. Wood case, with glass door and blue cloth (velvet) type material, with individual spot for each insignia with respective label. The glass door is on hinges with magnetic closure.  I purchased these for around $85 a piece in the 90’s from the Franklin mint.
