Can anyone help?  Not certain of the metal - possibly brass or brass coated. Can't find any marks other than what appears to be 12500 or 2500.  Good condition. Needs a good polishing. On the bottom former owner put felt. I did pull it up to see if there were any identifying marks with no success.
