Very rare jade pot. I purchased from antique dealer in Florida in 1998. It has dragons carved into the middle circumference and top rim. Bottom has waves in a pattern along bottom circumference. The stand is a wooden stand that came with it in black laquer,  inlaid with a gold design in wood. It's very heavy. I don't know exact weight but it takes four people to move it. I would guess it's a contemporary piece.
