Description LITTLE RED RIDING HOODVINTAGE COOKIE JAR This is a wonderful old cookie jar from the late 1930's. Little Red Riding Hood is carrying a basket of berries. She stands 13 inches high and is 7 1/2 inches at the widest point.There are no manufacturers marks, but the jar was brought over from England in the 30's, and has been in my family for 69 years! The cookie jar is in excellent condition, except for one tiny scrape to the glaze on the bottom edge of the skirt. This is visible in the gallery photo. There are no cracks, stains, crazing, or repairs, and the colors are still bright and crisp.This is a wonderful treasure to own or give as a gift.
