Co. Philadelphia Pa. with a patent date of October 21, 1873. I believe this is the largest size, the one that would sit on the counter of an old general store with the side wheels measuring about 19 1/2” in diameter. The wheels turn freely and the finish appears to be original. There are traces of blue paint (looks like a stencil) on both wheels near the hub. There is an old wooden handle on one wheel. The overall height is about 27 ½” and the base measures about 13” square.
