It is made of resin and is unaffected by rain or snow and is very detailed. The pirate lady is wearing a red, black and gold jacket as well as a black hat with gold trim and a feather in it, while wearing white pants and black and gold boots. This pirate only has one hand, the other is a hook. You can put this on any seat or barstool and this is truly a one of kind item.
