DATE "OCT. 19, 1923". It also states on the side: "MADE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". There is no makers name that I can find. It measures about 11 3/8" long by about 4 7/8" in diameter on the disc part that sits on a bowl. The inside edge of the groove on the bottom of the disc is about 4 1/8" in diameter. The beaters stick below the disc about 4 3/4". There is very minimal rust on the beater. There is some chipping and missing red paint on the handles.
