It was used at one time, so it does have a mark hear and there but nothing that detracts as shown in the pictures. This jar was made by Vandor. The jar has some remains of a paper label that read "Copyright 1980, King Features Syndicate". All the lettering is worn off the label, however. It measures about 8 1/2" tall and 7 " wide. It's really a nice jar with a lot of character. It would make a nice addition to any Popeye collection. Thanks for your interest in the cookie jar.
