(4) For sendings with a total value of $20 or more I always obtain a certificate of posting; for sendings with a value of $100 or more I always send by insured certified mail within the USA, and by insured registered airmail anywhere else; sendings with a value of $350 or more are always sent by insured priority mail no matter where you live. (5) I supply clear photographs and good descriptions, and will not accept returns for what is clearly described and/or displayed. (6) I will not falsify shipping documents on international orders; in particular, I am obliged to state a customs value when mailing, and will do so as required by law. (7) eBay rules are that you pay for an item within 7 days.
