DESCRIPTION:Being offered for sale is these rare charming pair of pheasant salt & pepper shakers. These beauties were made by the famous and desirable Rosemeade manufacture Company of North Dakota. The male pheasant still has its perfect label as seen in the photos that tell us these are authentic original Rosemeade salt and pepper shakers. The male measures 3" tall to the top of the tail features and 3 ½" from beak to tail. The female measures 4" beak to tail tip and stands 2 ¾" tall. The conditions of both birds are mint with just some little crazing. There are no chips or cracks. I believe this dates to CA 1920s. This magnificent salt & pepper shakers would work with any home or office décor from Arts & Crafts to modern. If you collect salt and pepper shakers this would be a big asset to your collection and if you collect Rosemeade specifically, then these charming pheasants is a must have!
