IT HAS SOME RUST AROUND INSIDE BOTTOM, BUT NONE OF THE CANISTERS DO ON BOTTOM INSIDE AS PICTURES SHOW. NO DENTS ON ANY CANISTERS NOR LIDS. JUST A FEW TEENY  SCRATCHES ALL LIDS OF BOX & CANISTERS HAVE VERY LITTLE IF ANY, RUST ON TOPS. THERE IS SOME RUST ON OUTSIDE EDGES OF ONLY THE LID OF THE LARGEST CANISTER.
