This is a very rare set to find, especially all together like this. Evidently these were Christmas gifts that ONLY vice-presidents in the company received, adding greatly to their rarity. It was put out by Jim Beam in 1976 and 1977 and features famed wildlife artist James Lockhart's images of chipmunks on a large coffee caraffe and large cork, with candle burner, and 4 mugs. Each has a beautifully detailed woodland scene with a chipmunk in it. The stove-black burner appears to be made of a metal of some kind. The caraffe measures about 11" tall and the burner is about 2 1/2" tall. Each of the mugs is about 5 1/2" tall. A very substantial set to display! Lovely olive green, browns and cream colors match many decors! The bottom of the carafe is shown below. The mugs are marked copyright CREATION OF JAMES G.(or S.) BEAM DISTILLING CO.
