It is embossed with a patent date of Oct. 1.1901. This coffee grinder is in great all original condition. The paint is original in red, black and gold, the drawer is iron with the original porcelain knob. I believe this is a # 2 size coffee grinder/mill. It stands 12 1/2" high with the wheels measuring 8 1/2" across the center. Again, there is no damage to the coffee grinder, some patina from years of use, but still very good all original condition. This coffee grinder came from out of the Rochester, Michigan area and we were told that it was sold by a 90 year old woman who was selling it to help pay for living expenses.
