Some crazy ideas to consider.... this would make an interesting storage for birdseed or corn used to feed the wildlife if stored outside or on your porch.  Also... what an interesting cooler for your backyard barbeques or country jam sessions.   Just some thoughts!!!  The Cast Iron plate on the one end of the barrel states; "Standard Churn Co.  Wapakoneta, Ohio 30" The other end has an expansion type turn & lock mechanism to seal & hold the door firmly in place.  It unscrews very easily.  Turn the door counter-clockwise and the door can be easily removed.   It is not set up or damaged at all.  It turns very smoothly. Inside the interior is tight & complete but again, could use a little cleaning.  The graphics on both sides of the barrel states; NO 1 - 5 GALL STANDARD CHURN CO WAPAKONETA, O The plug does not seem to be original, but it is in good shape & tightly fits as well.  The entire barrel can be hand turned using the heavy & firmly attached cast iron arm.  The black, wood handle has seen some damage but it is tight & firmly intact.  The barrel sits on the stand held by two metal pegs on each side of the barrel.  It can be lifted of the stand very easily.  No splits or loose pieces on the stand.  It woobles very slightly but easily supports the barrel.   The dimensions of the barrel itself is 14" wide x 16 3/4" tall.  On the stand, the entire unti is 33" tall and 24" wide. ***Please contact us if you have any questions!!!!*** We only accept PayPal, money orders and cashier checks.    ***This is being offered for PICK UP ONLY!!!!** We may  other consider options including delivery to within a reasonable distance for a delivery fee, but YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE BIDDING!  We accept PayPal, money orders & cashier checks.  If you are picking this up... cash at the time of pick up works for us too!  Payment is expected within 10 days of purchase.  Place a Bid!
