It is a Model  40 DM.   All  3 motors do work, the machine is done up in the green Jadite color. There are minor imperfections in the finish, but as you can see in the pictures it isnt bad at all. The known problems that I see is one of the speed selectors knob is missing, and a cup rest on the front is missing.  Unpackaged weight on this machine is about 42 pounds, so it is not light. I will ship this anywhere in the USA, other places please email me befor bidding. This machine would be awsum to have just about anywhere from your kitchen to the vintage party room somewhere.
